Insurance

Please check with your insurance provider to see if you have coverage. Payments may be required to be paid in full and submitted to the insurance provider by the insured member for reimbursement.

Direct billing is available for the following insurance companies and agencies, if your specific plan allows it.

For clients who can be direct billed, billing will be done once a week.
